ملتقى المصري للمرأة للبحث والابتكار يستكشف منظومة عمل ومشاريع تطوير ميناء الإسكندرية

استضافت الهيئة العامة لميناء الإسكندرية وفدًا من الملتقى المصري للمرأة للبحث والابتكار في القطاع البحري، وذلك في إطار زيارة علمية هدفها رصد منظومة العمل بالميناء والاطلاع على أحدث مخططات التطوير والتحديث التي تتضمنها مشاريعه.
ورحّب بوفد الملتقى اللواء بحري عمرو عبد الرازق، مدير عام العلاقات العامة بالهيئة. وعقد أعضاء الوفد، الذي يضم الدكتورة شيماء عبد الرسول رئيس ومؤسس الملتقى والربان عمرو قطايا الخبير البحري الدولي ورئيس الهيئة الاستشارية للملتقى، لقاءً مفصلاً مع اللواء بحري أ.ح هشام محمد السيد نائب رئيس الهيئة للتشغيل، ممثلاً عن اللواء بحري أ.ح إيهاب صلاح رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة.
focuses the strategic role of Alexandria Port in supporting foreign trade and the national economy. It also reviewed the most important development projects that the Authority is implementing to raise operational efficiency, increase capacity, and enhance the port's competitiveness at the regional and international levels.
In a symbolic gesture reflecting the spirit of cooperation, the Authority and the Egyptian Forum for Women's Research and Innovation in the Marine Sector exchanged commemorative shields. The visit also included a presentation on the history and strategic position of Alexandria Port, along with its ongoing development projects. The delegation then conducted a field tour that included the Alexandria Port Museum, operational berths, and passenger berths.
The delegation was accompanied during the tour by Engineer Mohamed Hussein, Head of the Workers' Union Committee at the General Authority of Alexandria Port, while Captain Sherif Hisham El-Sarsawi, Director General of Passenger Traffic, explained the operating system of the passenger terminal and the services provided to ships and passengers.
This visit comes as part of the Authority's efforts to enhance engagement with academic and research institutions, providing opportunities for researchers and interested parties in the marine sector to learn about practical experiences and development projects, contributing to the preparation of qualified cadres capable of keeping pace with the rapid changes in the shipping industry.
إن الزيارات التبادلية بين الجهات البحثية والقطاع البحري تمثل خطوة إيجابية نحو دمج المعرفة العلمية مع الخبرة العملية، مما يعزز قدرة القطاع على مواكبة التحولات العالمية ويضمن بناء كوادر مؤهلة تدعم النمو المستدام للتجارة الخارجية والنقل البحري في مصر.
